How to Become a Member

If you would like to become a member, please mail us:

  1.  A copy of your child care license from the CA State Department
  2. Receipt of proof that your current annual license fee is paid.
  3.  Application form.  (Click Here)
  4. Annual membership fee, made payable to FDASCV.

($150 for corporate members, $50 for members, $25 for child care advocates)
